Courtgem Pty Ltd is a family-owned business that manufactures a fine range of Heat 'n' Serve products and has been supplying the Foodservice industry for over 15 years.
The Managing Director, Nicolas
Athanasopoulos, has a strong technical background within the food
industry and is an Industrial Chemist by trade. Nicolas has worked in
the Food Technology area for the past 30 years with large multi-national
companies.
As a value-added manufacturing venture, Courtgem has utilised Nicolas's
brilliant capacity for developing and building prototype food processing
equipment in-house. Our new manufacturing plant has fully automated
production lines that allow consistent product quality and portion
control in the most hygienic conditions.
As a major contract packer for
several multi-national companies and supermarkets, Courtgem has become
an integral part of the Heat 'n' Serve segment of today's market, which
enjoys continual growth.
Our guarantee of quality is a reflection of the pride and care our
